The first step in the ordering process is to choose which product you want to make. Next you'll need to decide on the product specs, including color, sizes and quantities. Then you'll need to choose the design and the design specs, including colors, dimensions and placement. Once you have this info, send us your artwork and contact us to discuss the order. After we review all the info, we can give you a price quote and a completion date. Finally, choose your method of payment and shipping. We will put all the info together in a Work Order and send it to you along with the Artwork Proof for your order approval.

For each product, we'll need to know the style, color, sizes and quantities.

Style refers to the different types of garments of products available.   For example, t-shirts are available in different fabrics (100% Cotton, 50/50 Poly/Cotton) and different cuts (Shorts sleeve, Long Sleeve, Pocketed). To see different styles available, click here.

Most products come in a wide variety of colors. Try these links to see some of the different garment colors available:   Hanes T-shirts and Hoodies, American Apparel Tees and Hoodies.

Sizes for garments typically run Small through XXXL for men's, and XS-XL for girls fitted tees. We also use youth size tees for girls, the most common being Youth Medium and Youth Large.   A typical size range of t-shirts for girls and boys might include YM, YL, S, M, L, and XL.   If you need help selecting your sizes, we'll be happy to make suggestions.

The quantities you choose will depend on the size of your order and should take into consideration who will be buying the product from you. If you think of it in terms of ratios, ideally you'd like to sell out of all sizes at the same time. We call this a "standard order" and it varies from band to band.  It takes some time selling merch to learn what your standard order is, so if you don't already know your ratios we can make suggestions for you. We give a price break at 72+ units of each design, so most bands try to order at least that many each time.

When planning your tour, it's a good idea to take enough merch to last at least two weeks, or more if you have room for it.
