The first step in the ordering process is
to choose which product you want to make.
Next you'll need to decide on the product specs,
including color, sizes and quantities. Then you'll need to
choose the
design and the design specs,
including colors, dimensions and placement. Once you have
this info, send
us your artwork and contact
us to discuss the order. After we review all
the info, we can give you a price quote and
a completion
date. Finally, choose your method of payment and
shipping. We will put all the info together in a Work Order
and send it to you along with the Artwork Proof for your
order approval. Design Specs. For each design we will
need to know the colors, dimensions, and placement.
The colors you choose can be just about anything. We
match our inks based on a Pantone Matching System numbers,
which can be found in any major graphics program. If
you don't have access to PMS numbers, try to find something
for reference and we will find the number for you. Our
standard pallet of colors is here. Custom colors
or colors not on this list can also be mixed at your request.
The dimensions are the width and height measurement
of your design. For garments, our standard print
size is up to 10.5w x 16.5h. When choosing the size
of your design, make sure it's not too big for the smallest
garment it's going on.
The placement is the location of the design on
the garment. With a couple of exceptions, the image
can be placed just about anywhere on the garment. The
fabric must be flat to print on, so painting over a thick
seam can sometimes mess up the print. If you have
an idea for a non-standard print placement, ask us and we'll
tell you if it's feasible.
