Tour Supply:
We offer full tour supply services, focusing
on fast turn-around and the logistics of shipping to
a traveling client to make sure you earn as much as possible
on the road.
We know
what every manager of a successful touring band knows:
Merchandise = Income
Merchandise is an investment, not an expense, and when
managed properly it can become your primary source of
revenue.
It’s your job to generate merch sales on the road,
and it’s our job to make sure the supply isn’t
broken and the profits are maximized. We do this in a number
of ways:
1) Pricing We begin saving you money with no charge for
artwork or film, and only $20 per color for set-up. Lower
initial costs translate to an earlier return on your investment
when ordering new merchandise. We also have package deals
to save money when switching your existing designs to us
for printing.
2) Quantity Discounts We have incremental price reductions
to reward bands that order larger quantities of merchandise.
As you grow and your orders become larger, your profits
will increase.
3) Design Analysis We offer advice on the feasibility
and appropriateness of each design to make sure you achieve
the look you’re going for without
giving away all your profits. We know what sells and we’ll
help you choose the product and colors that will compliment
your design and increase sales.
4) Shipping We’ve forged relationships with our
private shipping companies that allow us to provide guaranteed
next day, second day and third day delivery to anywhere
in the country for less than half the price of UPS. This
keeps shipping costs to a minimum while guaranteeing
each shipment arrives on the day and time it is scheduled.
5) ORDER turn-around we carefully manage our workload
and prioritize each order to achieve the shortest possible
turn-around. Even the most well-managed band will run
out of merch occasionally, so we keep a schedule that
allows us to ship a re-order to anywhere in the country
in as little as 24 hours. Our goal is to make sure you
never run out of merch.
